Sales was an extremely rewarding profession for me. It was a great mixture of entrepreneurship, advising, leading and the freedom to be a self-starter. Companies, regardless of the industry, are constantly looking for leaders who possess these same traits and are capable of solving problems. I believe that the Professional Selling Initiative helps students develop these traits to their fullest and provides great talent. I just wish this program and the opportunities were present when I was a student.
